Для жителей Москвы оформление цифровых пропусков осуществляется через портал mos.ru

Приложение позволяет выбрать подходящий для вас статус и заполнить анкеты для получения мобильного пропуска на выход из дома в период самоизоляции в формате QR - кода. Вы сможете предъявить его в электронном виде на мобильном устройстве или в распечатанном виде сотрудникам правоохранительных органов в случае необходимости.

Также можно заблаговременно заполнить анкету регистрации лиц, подлежащих постановке на карантин и ускорить прохождение паспортного и таможенного контроля при прибытии на территорию Российской Федерации из стран, где зарегистрированы случаи заболевания новой коронавирусной инфекцией (2019-nCoV). 

Режим изоляции необходимо соблюдать в течение 14 календарных дней. Эта обязанность не зависит от признаков заболевания: на карантине следует находиться даже людям без симптомов инфекции. 

В период карантина необходимо быть дома или в обсервационном центре. Не следует посещать общественные места, ходить на работу или в учебное заведение. Если нет возможности работать удаленно и получать заработную плату, при наличии трудового договора можно воспользоваться электронными сервисами на портале gosuslugi.ru и оформить больничный лист для получения пособия по временной нетрудоспособности.

You can also fill out the registration form of persons subject to quarantine in advance and expedite the passage of passport and customs control upon arrival in the Russian Federation from countries where cases of new coronavirus infection are registered (2019-nCoV).

The isolation regime must be observed within 14 calendar days. This obligation does not depend on the signs of the disease: even people without symptoms of infection should be in quarantine.

During the quarantine period, you must be at home or at the observational center. Do not visit public places, go to work, or to an educational institution. If it is not possible to work remotely and receive wages, if you have an employment contract, you can use electronic services on the gosuslugi.ru portal and apply for a sick leave to receive temporary disability benefits.
